Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I'm wanting to move within the 100 mile radis with my child. Her father is more than likely going to give me a fit over this. If I'm following the guidelines how can I go about this legally?

The 100 mile rule no longer applies; you have to give formal notice for any move. There is a specific set of information you have to provide under the statute. I would recommend you hire an attorney to prepare it for you to make sure you comply with the law.
