Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hi my name is wayne i do have a legal questions, but do to financial strain at this moment if this is going to cost anything at the end dis reguard the question and i will find the answer by other means thank you.

the situation is that i am in the rears for child support in which i do not deni and have no problme paying, except i have been unemployed for 3yrs but i have been paying with my unemployment. My unemployment recently ended. so here is the question can the courts freeze my joint bank account with my current wife even if i am not the primary account holder? according to state which was also behind this said that they can not freeze the joint account if i am not the primary account holder, when state looked this up it said i was the primary account holder on the account in which this is not true my wife had the account before i did and added me later. I also called the bank and they also verified that i was not the primary account holder, so my question is can i get that hold off by letting the courts know this or what ?

It sounds like you can. Try a motion and see. The worst that happens is the that the court says no.
