Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
This weekend, my 12 year old daughter's mother (the custodial parent) kicked her out of the house because she found out that my duaghter had been wanting to move to Texas to live with me (her father). I live in Texas, she lives in Indiana. We currently have paperwork that specifies visitation with the court. There are text messages and emails from my ex stating she never wants to see my daughter again as well as a signed paper stating that I am to be the custodial parent. My duaghter is currently staying with my parents until I can legally come and get her. My question is, can I legally get her right now?

NO!!! You need to obtain a court order setting forth the change in custody, parenting time rights and child support.
