Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My ex wife cheated on me and lied throughout our 13 year relationship. I filed for divorce and we split custody every week. I started dating someone, and she went crazy. Threatening to take the kids away one minute, and then the next telling me how great things were and why she did what she did in a non aggresive manner. She can't have an adult conversation, and can only communicate with me via text (her choice) and uses the kids at every turn to hurt me. She also sleeps with a lot of random people, just months after our divorce. Not only am I concerned for her well being, but also for the kids. My plan is to file for custody, and request a mental health assessment. Is this something I am able to do? If I submit to one myself as well? People in the state of Indiana say that Indiana favors the mom, but our first divorce (yes I KNOW) I was granted custody as she tried to run me over, threatened to run over my girlfriend, and placed my daughter who was then 5 behind the car so I couldn't leave. I need help.

Ask your lawyer. If you are trying to do this by yourself, stop, and find an attorney . This is too important for your children.
