Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my ex wife has had custody of our 2 kids my daughter has come to live with me. She is 16 , My ex still feels i should still pay full support for both kids . What do i need to do legally? Is this something i can do at the court clerk myself? thanks.

You ned to file for Modification as soon as possible as the general rule is that a court can make a modification take effect retroactively to the date of filing, so the sooner that you file, the better it is for you.

Whether you can do it yourself, depend son your knowledge of state and local rules and laws.
