Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My wife and I are getting a divorce. She has openly admitted to a sexual relationship with her biological brother and father and that it is still on-going. I do not want my children around this kind of behavior. Child services knows about it and says it's ok as long as the affair isn't done in front of the kids. What can I do about protecting my kids when child services says it's ok and the judge says kids should be with their mother? My daughter is 14 and my son is 12.

That sounds incredible-they say that incest is ok. I am not a criminal attorney, however I seem to recall that such acts are cosidered to be deviate sexual conduct. You should hire counsel locally.
