Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My wife and I are divorcing next month. I\'m doing the divorce pro se. She doesn\'t want to get divorced. She has already been served with the court date, and she is already making excuses as to why she won\'t be able to attend the court date. What would be the legal remedy if she fails to show up?

Who says she has to show up? If she is properly served, and you prepare the correct paperwork, you can finalize this yourself, This assumes you have the correct paperwork filed in the first place, which is problematic when doing it yourself.
