Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My wife filed for divorce and hid it from me then left the state for a week with our infant child and was out of state when i was served with papers. She has now refused to let me see my daughter for over 30 days and we dont go to court for three weeks. What can I do to be able to see my daughter?

You need to talk with your ex to be about how your daughter is the one losing here. Look at the Indiana Parenting Time Guidlines, send her a copy and ask for something along those suggestions. Good luck
