Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my ex wife and I have joint custody with no support. we have been divorced for 5 years. she married a man 7 months after the divorce to find that he was an alcoholic. since the marriage he has been arrested at least 4 times. he has at least 2 duis and battery was dismissed. he is currently in rehab for the 2nd time in 4 years. she has been divorced from him for about a year. in 1 month he is being released and she is making plans to get back together with him. I do not want my 10 year old daughter around him anymore. he has 1 conviction of class d felony. since we have joint custody is there any way I can prevent my daughter from being around him? we are in Indiana.

Hire an attorney and file a motion to modify custody. Ask for an order keeping the child away from this man during mother's parenting time.
