Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my wife left me and our 3 kids she has a boyfriend and now has a child with him. we aren't divorced yet and she rarely see the kids only when i take them to see her. I live in Indiana and want to know if I can get full custody of my kids my wife does not support them at all. and do I need a divorce 1st or will all be done at same time? Thanks Larry

Yes, you need to get a divorce, and in the divorce, the court will determine custody. See an attorney in your community about the likelihood of that in your particular case.
