Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My wife, who lives in California, is the custodial parent with 100% physical and 100% legal(in california). The situation there has gotten really bad. Can I just keep the kids with me, in Indiana, when she sends them here in the summer. We have no parenting plan agreement, discretion of the custodial parent by the divorce(which I missed due to being in Indiana).
