Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My ex wife. Lives with me. She wants to take the van but it is in my name , loan is in my name, and it was bought after we were divorced. she called the cops and said they will let her take the van.

Boot her out. Keep the keys. Never live with an ex again, particularly one who likes to make these kinds of threats.
