my wife made dowry case on me to get faster mutual divorce and still dowry case is on in the court and she once again got married, so plz advice can i file case oin her under bigamy

yes, an offence of bigamy is clearly made out in case she has married without taking divorce from you. you need to prove that she has got married for the second time and you need to collect proofs in that regard. in case you able to prove, she would be prosecuted for the offence of bigamy.
