me and my wife are having marital problems and she has asked me to leave the house I have not abused her and have been faithfull to her. so i dont want to leave the house because i have done nothing wrong, if she calls the cops will they make me leave or if I call the cops will they make her leave, wich I think she should because She is not happy. Do I have rights in my own house

Absent a protective order, you both have rights to stay. It is not hard to obtain a protective order
as the statute is very broad. You might want to file for dissolution asap and ask for a provisional order allowing you to stay in the house. If you do not have children, the court will make a determination based on who is in the better position to find and afford alternaticve housing on a temporary basis. good luck.
