Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Me and my wife are still married and have four children. We are separated and have joint custody of the children and I pay child support. I just found out that she is suddenly deciding to move out of state because of a huge arguement and she's taking my children with her. I fear that my children are in danger and I would like to try and have full custody of them. What are my options?

Tell your attorney so you can go to court and make this request. If you do not have one, get one right away.

Hire an attorney as soon as possible. You probably will need to seek an injunction.
