Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

if my wife has moved out into an apartment but is not seeking divorce am i responsible for any debt she acquires after she has left me? If so then what can i do to protect myself if i don't want to divorce her?

Yes you may be responsible. You could file for a legal separation-it is good for one year.
