Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My wife has been moving funds to a secret new account with out my permission. Can I do anything about this?

1. Ask her not to do it.

2. Learn to live with it.

3. File a dissolution of marriage petition and seek to have the assets divided between the two of you, or a separation petition.

There is no method to ask the court to intervene in an existing marriage short of separation or divorce.
