Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
my ex wife passed away and i was wondering does my son come to me cause we had joint custody,he will be 17 in a week but not sure if he wants to live with me or not i offed him to like here but he is still deciding,was wondering if i still have to pay child support or not,

You are presumed to be the custodian if you wish to be. If you are not going to care for him yourself, you certainly should arrange to provide financial support to whomever will be.

I agree with Jay. I must also add that he is still a minor, so in most cases his choice has very little impact if you want him with you.
