Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My wife is pregnant and she has left my house and now i want a divorce from her because my wife is harrassing my mother mentally and her mother is also supporting her and they tell that they will not give a divorce and also defaming us in our community. They are intentionally doing this and everyone in our community knows that they are at fault so now i want a divorce in any case i want to know the answer of the following questions.

1) can i get the custody of my child after my child attains 5 years of age?

2) is there any chances to get the custody of my child before he attains the five years of age?

3) What are the factors to be taken into consideration while deciding the custody case?

Yes you may.Custody is based on what is in the best interest of the child. You can find those factors listed in In. Code , chapter 31
