Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My wife was previously married. She used Lawyer A and her ex used Lawyer B, both for separate law firms. Today he has Lawyer B write up change of custody, I noticed the letter of the office is Lawyer A (my wife's divorce attorney). Apprantly Lawyer B is now working for (or with) Lawyer A. My wife can not use her Lawyer A who presided over the divorce and initial custody papers. Would Lawyer B also have a conflict of interest in accepting the ex's papers for custody as Lawyer B's employer is the Lawyer A who represented my wife through the divorce and custody?
This is in the state of Indiana. My wife has contacted 2 lawyers who both can not assist her due to a conflict of interest, did not state reason of conflict.

Depending on all of the circumstances it may be acceptable. Personally, if I was lawyer B, I would accept the paperwork, provide proper notification and withdraw.
