Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If me and my wife are renting a house and we both sign a 1 year lease and she packed her stuff and left for no apparent reason is she responsible for half the rent. We also have a storage building in my name only can she get any of the stuff out of the storage she has never paid any of the storage

As far as the landlord is concerned, each of you is responsible for all of the rent. The dissolution court may very well split the rent for an apartment that NEITHER of you is living in anymore; if you still live there, you would probably have to show how paying for your home is too much of a financial burden for you.

Who paid the storage bill has no influence on who ultimately gets the items that are in storage.
