my wife and i are seperated but not legally. She is not letting me see my daughter at all is there anything i can do besides filing for a divorce to have rights to our child

You can also file a petition for custody. Obvious question...why stay married to a person who is such a poor excuse for a human being that she harms your daughter by interfering in your relationship. If you are a caring father, why not file for a dissolution of your marriage? If you reconcile, it can always be dismissed.
