Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
will I be in contempt of court if I do not let my child go to her father's (non-custodial,no legal custody) when he has admitted that his dogs do not have vaccinations? this includes for rabies also. It is Indiana state law that all pets must have their rabies shots. So, he has already violated that law. But, I am concerned for my daughter's safety.

You would be violating the courts order. I cannot tell you that a court would not hold you in contempt, nor can I tell you it will. My suggestion is that you file an Petition to Modify.
