Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Will a court grant visitation to a paternal grandmother if her son did not establish paternity and the father, mother and child all 3 live together but are not married? And if it goes to court will they make the father establish paternity to help her case if he doesn't want to?

No. Nor will the court force the father to establish paternity. I know of no case or statute that forces a father to establish paternity.
