will a judge usually grant a case from illinios to be relocated to indiana if both parents of a child reside there in indiana and then can I then ask for full and sole custody and is there some free lawyers

1. You can hire an attorney to transfer jurisdiction to Indiana, and if the facts are as stated, the judge should grant it, assuming the children have also relocated to Indiana.
