Last Will and Testament
If I made a will could I just get it noterized and it would be legal? I want to make sure my daughter stays with my parents if I die.

No. Wills have a particular way of signing for them to be legal. There are better ways to make sure that your daughter stays with your parents, but you need to consult an attorney.
