Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I willingly signed my parental rights to my grandmother but now I am ready to take them back but she wount let me have them. I am about to marry the father of my oldest son and he was never properly told of his rights also being terminated. Is there anything I can do to get that back?

If your rights were terminated, they can not "go back" to you, anymore than they can "go back" to the person down the street. You need to talk privately to an attorney about this who can review the paperwork that you signed and the court records to determine the status of things.
