Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

What wins Custody Battles

My Ex-wife has had custody for 5 years and has made many bad decisions. Has lived with 5 different men, 2 were registered sex offenders, had a baby by one. Fails to take through care of the children. When divorced she was left with 100K in assets and recently filed bankruptcy on 150K.

Is this a solid case for someone to win custody?

Re: What wins Custody Battles

These are very good facts to prove a substantial change of circumstances and that it is in the best interests of the children that the other parent have custody.
