Re: about getting a witness
Indiana does not have mechanism to compel a witness to attend court in Indiana. If your witness will not come voluntarily, then the next best remedy is to take that person's deposition by hiring an attorney in the state of residence or a court reporter and have the deposition taken on written questions.
