Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I was wondering what I would have to do in order to get guardianship of my 15 yr old brother. It wouldn't be contested, our mother has no problems with this. I live in Indiana, he lives in Florida and has recently got into some trouble. I want him to come live with me so he can get out of his environment there. What steps do I need to take?

You'll need to contact an attorney who can file the necessary paperwork. (I assume your mother is the custodial parent and she lives in Florida). There are several good firms ion your area that could help you, but you will need an attorney to accomplish it properly.
