Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I was wondering if there was anyway to start the process for getting a Paternity esstablished before a child is born. She will not allow me to get a DNA test done, so I do not want to sign the birth certificate or papers stating that I am the father. I want to be able to see the boy if he is my son, becuase time is precious. I was hoping to start the process before the baby is born (June 26, 2010) to prevent missing out on too much. Is there any way of doing this?

No. However, you can see an attorney now so that all of the necessary paperwork is ready to be filed as soon as the child is born.
