Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Worried to death :( I'm a divorced father of three. I currently have joint/shared custody of my three children and pay support to my ex wife. I had to file bankruptcy in order to pay my child support obligation (for our three children) to my first wife. The bankruptcy gave me enough relief to support my children and have some income to cover school clothes, lunches and medication. I'm also diabetic and take insulin as well as blood pressure and cholesterol medication. Also, through the bankruptcy I reaffirmed my mortgage and 2nd mortgage, car loan and also have a student loan that could not be discharged in bankruptcy. All my bills and support are current. I just found out that I may be the paternal father of another child and am awaiting the DNA test results. The new child and mother are currently living on welfare (TANF and food stamps). The new child is 10 months old. Everything I've read says that if I am the father I will be on the hook to pay back the benefits for welfare and birth costs. My question is: is it possible that the support order for the new child will not allow me to pay my current bills and medication costs thus causing me to loose everything.
