wrongfully accused of child abuse

Got fingerprinted everything as I knew came back fine trying to get custody of grandson. At my son's family meeting while asking for visits. It was stated I had allogations on me. Everyone was told but me. I could Indiapolis to check my record everything is fine . I was with my son's lawyer and her said I did have charges on me and were substained. Needless to say I was gasping for air. and treated unfairly thru this whole case with dcs. Privacy was broken and then I call to triple me check all prior names. He said It shows nothing. Proceeded to ask if I speel my name with and e on the end of it I said no. They have the wrong inforation.Needless to say I have been accused and denied rights to my grandson. I am furious how they can make suck a terrible mistake
