Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I was with my ex for over a year and when we first got together her baby was three months old. we stayed together until she was like 18 months old the baby loves me and calls me daddy my family and i claim her as our own. now we are broke up and she won't let me see her. I didn't sign the birth certificate but noone has in the dad slot. her real dad has nothing to do with her and I'm going crazy without her...anything I can do legal wise or am I at a loss?

If you're not the biological father, and the two of you didn't marry AND petition for you to adopt the child, there is nothing you can do.
