Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Last year I my ex-husband filed for child modification to reduce his child support. Although I felt he was not telling the truth in court about his income, it is very hard to read his tax returns because he is self employed with six companies. I now know for sure he did omit over $200,000.00 in income. Since it's been over nine months can I get this order reversed for fraud? Or perjury? He lied by omission. Again lied by omission at the motion to correct errors. What's the timeline for this?

Clearly, you have counsel who knows all of the facts and is better qualified to answer this question. That being said, move on it now, immediately, asap.
