Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Yr after divorce serious issues caused me to file motions for contempt & mod orders. Pre-trial was set but was told no need to call off work to set a date. Old judge retired so we got a new 1. Somehow ex convinced judge the PT was for a divorce instead of her contempt. Judge allowed & ordered on the spot requests for new temp orders which took rights from me & gave them to her & raised CS by 200 based on fraud.

I did not find out til told to sign. I refused as a decree existed. Ex then fraud filed motion for contempt. Judge granted motion, awarded fees & was revoking my 1/2 legal custody when my lawyer finally provided decree. Judge still upheld contempt.

It has got much worse with Judge slowly revoking my rights based on ex's words while refusing to look at any facts or evidence. What do I do, I am losing my lil one.
