Legal Question in Medical Leave in Indiana
family medical leave act
To take a family medical leave, does there have to be so many employees at a job for your employeer to give you a medical leave? Or are all employeers suppose to have this leave available regardless?

There needs to be 50 employees working for the employer within a 75 mile radius of your location. You can find more information at www.dol.gov.
