Legal Question in Medical Leave in Indiana
FMLA brother
I still live at home but work full-time and go to school full-time. My little brother (15 years old) recently passed away. He was in intensive care for several days. I took off work when he was rushed to the hospital and 2 days for the funeral. He is my immediate family. Do I qualify for family leave from my employer?
