Legal Question in Medical Leave in Indiana

fmla

If a person uses all twelve fml weeks and then takes an unpaid leave of absence for six month, will that person be eligible for fmla again in six months. I say no, because not enough hours will have been worked because the person was off work 6 months total and could not possiblly get in 1,250 hours of work to be eligible for another fmla leave so soon. Am I correct??
