Legal Question in Medical Leave in Indiana
Taking family medical leave
I am wondering if I can take FMLA to take care of my son's infant child for a short time. He lives in my state, but not close enough to me that I would be able to work every day and do this. Also, it might work out that I would only need to be away from my job part time. Thanks.

I am not an expert on the FLMA. I do know it only applies to employers of a large enough size. Your best bet, I think, would be to ask your human resources person at work if it applies to your employer.
