Legal Question in Medical Leave in Indiana

Working while on FMLA

I was scheduled for neck surgery and was asked to work during my approved FMLA. My employer sent IT person to connect me to their computer and I was paid sick time while working from home. Is this legal?

I believe that forcing you to work while on an approved FMLA leave interferes with your rights under the FMLA.
