Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
2 weeks ago I quit my job due to many bounced checks and late payments of those paychecks. For 8 months prior to me quitting, the boss has taken 50.00 a week from my checks to pay my wage withholding equalling 1600.00, I just got a court summons to appear to show cause as to why I havent been paying my support, which had be being deducted weekly form my checks before i recieved it. I am currently between jobs with no means to pay what should have been paid already and now am facing jail time, someone please help me out. What should I do? This is very urgent but I currently have no funds but am trying to come up with money for a lawyer to sue the Employer and hire an atturney

Present the evidence to the side collecting support and to the judge. The money can be collected from your former employer by them.
