Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I have a 15 yr. old daughter that got into some trouble. She has an account at the bank that I am over, however I need to take it before the judge to get the money out.
Do I need an lawyer to do this? If not what forms do I need to get and fill out? Where do I get them?
This money will be used to pay fines and court cost.
Thanks Ed

I dont understand why you need a judge if you are on the account. What specifically did the bank say that you need?
