Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I have an and acquaintance that owes me money is in the middle of filing bankruptcy and I have his new Harley in my garage it is been there for three months and he still refuses to pay me. Is there a way that I could file a Storage Lien to hold his bike until he pays me to keep the repo man from coming to get it

No, but you should file a general unsecured claim in the bankruptcy. Who knows---you might get something.
