Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

An old acquaintance spouse had left him and he was wanting to leave the country to never return, I purchased the entire contents of his house(clean it OUT) price of $7500, gave him $3000 down, with balance to be paid within 60 days, three weeks into the deal after me taking approx. 60% of the stuff out of the house, and miscellaneous amount of things taken of different occasions by his sister during my clean out period, he sends me a text message requesting that I do not take anything else from his house or sell anything else...that he is coming home...What is best way of determining a fair amoun amount for items that I did not receive...he thinsk I should pay entire amount...how can this be resolved...Or by doing this is deal just voided from that point forward.

You have a mess on your hands. The only way to resolve this is to work out a written solution, based on appraisals. It would be worth your while to have an attorney assist you in sorting this out.
