Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Animal Control

I had 2 dogs seized by Animal Control and they left no written documentation as to why and I have a court date pending for previous nuisance issues and now I fall under section 531-728. How can I receive my dogs back when I go to court? Legally what can they do to my dogs?

Since I do not know the Indianapolis ordinances, I suggest you put your question to the animal control people.
