Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

The apartment complex I am currently living in revealed my information including my address and exact apartment number to an ex which I am currently having problems with. The released this information before I even signed the lease, but after I filled out the application is there any action that can be brought up against the apartment complex for this after the employee who did it openly admited to it? I have contacted there corporate and they seem very concern about the issue and say that they will contact me back but I never get a phone call back.

I don't see a lawsuit here. I suspect they might let you have a different apartment Arno charge, but I think that is it.
