Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
My apt is connected to my landlords apt in my lease i am responcible for water and sewage. There is only one line running to the two propertise which are in the property owners name. He expects me to split the bill with his household of three adults and mine of myself and son. Shouldnt he have to have a seperate line put in for my service?

Not necessarily. You are responsible for whatever you agreed to in the lease. Next time the lease comes up for renewal, you should negotiate a new situation.
