arrested for operating a vehicle while Intoxicated-Endangering a person.
case dismissed, but I lost my licence my job my house got behind on child-support and have suffered a lot of mental anguish over this whole deal,I am still behind the eight ball, and havent even been able to get my life back together financely wise since this whole ordeal, started on 8/24/2007. finally on 1/09/2009. they realized there was a bunch of wrongful doing on the police officers part. So thats why they decided to dismiss the whole case. Do I have a legal case against the city of Angola Indiana.

You have found the one great weakness of this forum: it is not at all good when the matter has detailed facts. Without more details, it is hard to say how good of a case you do have. I suggest finding a lawyer in Fort Wayne who handles civil rights cases.

I agree with Sam. You are looking for a Section 1983 attorney to discuss all of the facts. If the court specifically gound wrongdoing, you might want to obtain a copy of the court transcript.
