Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
A & B are the landlords of the site.
They have executed a GPA in my fathers(X) name in 1982 and registered at sub-register office.
Now later in the year 2005 , my father (X) has executed a sale deed in my name (Y) .
Will there be any legal issues coming out since the original owners were not alive during the sale deed.
